IVF(2005) and IVF(FES) Aggregate Information
IVF(2005) Reporting Requirements in §15.104(9)
The annual reporting requirements for Grow Iowa Values Fund (“IVF(2005”)) are found in 15.104(9).
The report must include data by individual business project and in the aggregate. Data by individual business project can be found on the Web site using the search function. Each of the funded projects has a one-page summary which includes the required data elements. This Appendix provides the aggregate information for IVF(2005) as required by Iowa Code.
The report must include expenditures made under each component of IVF(2005). This information can be found in Appendices A and B which have all the financial schedules, including a schedule that lists expenditures by each component of IVF(2005).
IVF(FES) Reporting
This Appendix includes aggregate information projects funded under by the 2003 Grow Iowa Values Fund ((“(VF(FES)”). IVF(FES) received federal economic stimulus (FES) funds under the federal Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003. Funding for this fund was invalidated by action of the Iowa Supreme Court. Funding was later restored by 2004 legislative action (2004 Iowa Acts, 1st Ex, ch 1001 and 1002. There are no statutory reporting requirements for IVF(FES).
